Yesterday in the videocasters mailing list, Steve Watkins had a number of complaints about the usability of our application. We’ve addressed them and the fixes will be in Monday’s release.
The attached screencast demonstrates the fixes. Sorry about the "ummms" ... I'm just getting the swing of this speaking to a mic thing.
This is also, incidently, a demo of our screencapture tool which will be available sooner than later.
