Here's some things you'll want to try:

• adding a map, event and address to a post (like this one, creating an interactive map of related events)
• adding a map and a calendar of events to a post (like this one; note the microformatted data if you look inside)
  

You add additional structured data to a post using the sidebar provided to the right on the bottom (after you click the Post Message link).

Note also that I'm actually using this like version as my development platform for the next couple of days, because I'm too lazy to check out another version out of SVN. I'll be changing this in the next couple of days, as I'm planning to go on vacation. I'm hoping to use this to post pictures and geocode all at the same time, which will be kind of interesting.
