Video inclusion allows you to easily embed a YouTube or Google Video video in your blog post. It's simple, just add text that looks like this to your blog post:
[[player=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xLpyMdZWBPw]] [[player=http://video.google.com/googleplayer.swf?docId=-8329031368429444452&hl=de]]
Where the http://... part is the page you're seeing the video on. And that's it -- the video will automatically be included in your post.
